Since Human Para is staffed solely by volunteers, we have few administrative costs! Our overhead expenses include legal, accounting and business fees which allow us to keep our charity in compliance and maintain our tax-free status. Every dollar donated is stretched as far as possible to keep these costs to a minimum.
MAP Education & Website

Human Para strives to produce high quality, science based educational resources for both doctors and patients. From the quarterly newsletters to our Core Research Packs, we maintain the largest free repository of MAP conference videos, information packs, research, and exclusive articles by scientists to help you learn and heal. Your donation will help us generate more MAP resources and assure that HumanPara.org remains forever free.
Fund Human MAP Research

Our current Joint Testing Study will collect 210 blood samples from adult Crohn’s disease patients and controls. The blinded samples will be tested for MAP in 6 different laboratories utilizing the latest detection methods.
Conferences
Raised: 41.75% / Goal:
In September 2018, MAP researchers from around the world will gather in Berkeley, CA to present the latest in MAP science and collaborate on how to advance MAP research. Video replays of all presentations and interviews will be freely available on our website. Conference expenses include facility rental, food service, shuttle transportation, printing and videography.
